I offer individual 53+ minute individual therapy sessions for 18+.  

I have been a BBHT approved supervisor since 2023 for the LPCC licensure track. Supervising is something I am profoundly passionate about. I believe emerging clinician's need a safe yet constructive environment to nurture their self of therapist identity, skills, and explore interests that our field has to offer. I bring a strong multicultural lens to supervision as well as identity and narrative of the client. 

I offer a 60-minute PMDD provider training to any mental health professional who works with PMDD and is wanting an in depth understanding and framework to better serve such an unrepresented and researched concern. This training is not CEU approved but that is one day, the goal! 

I have experience being a part of a DEI team and from that experience I have gained knowledge and insights to critical consciousness. I can help you apply that your professional trainings/retreats/ clinical treatment of clients.  I have been trained in the following: Multicultural Supervisor Training 40 CEU's as well as obtaining a minor in cultural and religious studies.
